All stainless steel SAE 304 construction (except cart). Less than 10 Ohms of resistivity. This unit is equipped with a true HEPA (H14) Filter located downstream of the motor. This unit is cleanroom compatible and can be used in the pharmaceutical industry when equipped with an optional stainless steel cart. This unit has been designed for applications where finely pulverized dust is to be recovered. This dry only unit contains a Manual Reverse Purge ((MRP)) system. All of our HEPA vacuum cleaners are Aerosol Leak Tested before leaving our facility
Manual Reverse Purge System
The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) System allows the operator to not have to open the vacuum cleaner in order to clean the Cartridge. By opening the Reverse Purge Atmospheric Pressure Release Valve the Cartridge is automatically purged of dusts. This Purging System reduces maintenance down time.
The Manual Reverse Purge (MRP) works by :
1 - Closing the slider on the opening to block the suction intake orifice for approximately 5 seconds while the vacuum is running.
2 - Then quickly open Purge Valve. Air is now flowing via the valve through to the filter.
Keep Purge Valve open for 1-2 seconds then close (repeat above steps 2 or 3 times).
Reverse Purge System will cause dust to fall off of the filter.
